The Space:
Our two bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kansas City! The 21-story tower building with controlled access displays new age luxury in one of Kansas City's finest buildings. The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! There's a washer/dryer available inside the suite for your convenience.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
There is no parking provided with this stay. Metered street parking and other paid options are available nearby, but we cannot guarantee availability or proximity.
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Our apartment places you in the best location to experience all that Kansas City has to offer. Walk to the Sprint Center or the Power and Light District which is only a block away. Barney Allis Plaza, KC Convention Center, and the Municipal Auditorium is only 3-4 blocks away.
Getting Around:
Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to I-70 & I-35.
Kansas City's Streetcar connects the River Market area to Crown Center and Union Station. It has stops every 2 blocks down Main Street. The nearest stop to our apartment is just one block away.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
