Brand new luxury home in northern Los Angeles about a 25 min drive to Burbank & Hollywood. Fully remodeled & furnished home in 2022. Spacious high ceilings, living room w/balcony, large formal dining area for 6 w/4 extra seats at the marble island - gourmet chef’s kitchen. Large, “elevated” backyard area has clear views of the big mountainside & includes an outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area, and lounging areas. Master suite has gorgeous bath w/soaking tub and separate shower. 4 car parking.
The Space
Parking - we have a garage that can fit two cars and on the driveway you can fit two more cars, for a maximum of 4. You cannot park in the streets.
Our backyard is two 3 levels, and upstairs from our home, so it overlooks an expansive countryside, and views of the surrounding mountains. The first level of the backyard is our outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area. Our second level is a grassy area w/additional seating, and the third level has additional seating for the best views of the mountainscape.
We have a very large chef's kitchen w/a large marble island bar, and a huge formal dining room.
All 4 bedrooms are on the upper level where you will find the door to the backyard area as well.

Upstairs you have access to the private backyard, where we have an outdoor kitchen, and dining area, as well as some lounging chairs
