Close to the lake and just a few miles to snow summit. Perfect for boating in the summer, hiking in the fall, or skiing in the winter. You can also finish the day with a cocktail on the deck with a peak a boo view of the lake or take a quick jump in the hot tub to heat things up.

Inside, this home boast light and airy spaces, gorgeous and comfortable furnishings from top to bottom and over 2400 sqft.
On the main floor, you'll find an open floorplan with a well-equipped, newly remodeled full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for eight, a living area with a wood-burning fireplace, plenty of plush seating options, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and the game room where you can play some pool, or foosball, or settle into the sofa and watch your favorite movies and shows on a 70" TV. Outside on the back patio, enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub, or meet up for summertime cookouts on the new Gas BBQ.
When it's time to call it a night, this cabin offers three spacious bedrooms.

Bedrooms have new "lakeside revival" bed frames, new mattresses, high quality linens, and cozy quilts and comforters. Three full baths make room for everybody, and towels are included. A spacious open living area has dining area with table and chairs, retreat areas, pool table, newer couches and easy chairs, new lighting and chandeliers, and room for the whole gang, all together, all at once.
New kitchen with quartz countertops, new cabinets. Fully equipped with range, microwave, fridge with ice, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, plates, glassware, utensils, etc.... We even have wine glasses for your use! You'll be all ready for everything from a quick bite to eat or a full in-cabin family meal.
The cabin's location is perfect. Take a walk through the beautiful lakeside area called Gilner Point. Beautiful homes with tree lined streets. Only a few blocks away is Holloways Marina that offers, boats, jet ski, kayak, and SUP rentals as well as fishing charters and fun Big Bear Lake cruises aboard the pirate ship, Time Bandit! If you want to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat out, the Village is just two miles from this house, so you're within easy reach of the area's best shops and restaurants. Within a few miles of both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain you have easy access for your skiing and boarding pleasures.
For indoor fun you have complete WiFi access, 3 big screen internet based TVs with youtubetv. 2 big fireplace to warm your toes and soothe your soul. You can be among the very first to stay at this cabin. Everyone who has seen our cabin has told us how beautiful it is and can hardly wait to rent it.

Parking Notes: Our cabin is approved for 3 cars maximum and there is space for three vehicles in the driveway and at the side of the home. No street parking is allowed. Vehicles parked on the street blocking neighbors or snow plows, may be cited and/or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Winter Snow Policy: Consideration will be given to re-booking your stay if snow fall closes all three roads into Big Bear the day of your arrival. This would be available to you for the period within 90 days of your reservation.
Please note: well behaved Dogs must be approved by me for this cabin. No cats. We want to keep the cabin gorgeous for everyone to enjoy.
