Located within walking distance of Ponce De Leon club house and a 5-minute drive from Balboa Beach, this large 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has a beautiful view of the 17th green from the expansive front porch. Each bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, perfect for sleeping 6 guests comfortably. There are beautiful rock stairs going to the front door and a staircase going up from the garage. Once you get in, everything is on one level. There is a fenced in backyard so that you can let your pets outside.
There are two entrances into the home that will work with the code. One is on the left side of the home at the garage door, or you can turn right on the street before the house and there is a parking pad that will lead you to the deck on the back of the home. This is the laundry area and is just one step to climb.
This house is equipped with a NEST THERMOSTAT: To Operate: Touch the side of thermostat and then slide finger around outside edge until you land on correct temperature/setting and then tap the side to select.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. Pets are permitted
Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. Must be crate trained. A pet fee of $25.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
