Modern home set up with SONOS sound system (master bedroom, living room, and deck). Living room has flat screen with APPLE 4K TV. Second bedroom has flatscreen with AMAZON TV. Green features: 28 Solar panels, 1100 gallons of rain barrels, compost, electric car charger, ultra low-flow toilet, drought resistant yard. tankless water heater, LED bulbs throughout, energy-efficient appliances.
Our home has nice light, fully equipped kitchen, gas oven and heat, washer/dryer, wireless internet, big flat screen TV. Brand new Tuft & Needle (Queen) bed in master bedroom. SleepMaster Memory Foam Therapeutic mattresses in guest room. All beds have the Sleep Defense System. Sunny backyard with gas BBQ. If you drive an electric car, charger in driveway! All that you would expect to be in a home is available for you to use (hair dryer, etc, etc).
Quiet family friendly street, but only a block from Mission street, downtown, beach, Kelly's bakery, Surf City Vintners (10+ wine tasting rooms in one complex), great restaurants, CVS, natural foods store, Safeway, CVS and more. University is just up the hill. Take the bus: it stops only 100 yards away. Steamer Lane and Cowells are close by.
This is a home for mature guests and not the place for partying college students. If you have little ones, we can provide a brand new Pack&Play and High Chair. Pet and allergy free.

NOTE: One of us might stay in the garage studio while you are here. You will not notice us, except for watering the garden some mornings, and we'll be on site to help in any way.
We have a sweet doggy, Luke. If he is here, he'll be in the garage with us.
