The home itself both four beautiful bedrooms, two with king beds and two with queen beds with an additional bunkbed, sofa, bed, and fold out bed. There’s a game room upstairs with a pool table, full drum set, a bass guitar, and electric guitar. The upstairs additionally Has a lounging area with a foldout couch and a TV
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor, which makes it kind of nice !
The main level includes a big beautiful living room with new furniture, a fireplace, a full size kitchen, and a dining nook. To the side of the living room is a formal piano room with a baby grand piano and string instruments and chairs to relax in. On the other side of the downstairs Living room is the dining room which is fully surrounded by windows looking into the beautiful backyard.
Speaking of backyards, the backyard is what we enjoy most! A huge pool with slide, surrounded with furniture and night lights is accompanied along with an entire two level outdoor deck surrounding the entire backside of the house. The deck has a bathroom, new hot tub built into the deck, outdoor lounging furniture under a shaded Overhang, an outdoor barbecue grill, a full-size ping-pong, table, corn hole, and turf to relax on. In the far back, part of the property is a picnic table where you can have a nice quiet lunch.
Of course, a washer and dryer is ready for your use along with beautiful appliances and cookware.
