This Beautiful Cambria Home is located just two blocks from the beach and Lampton Beach Park where you can enjoy tide pools and watch sea otters play.
Just a ten minute walk to the Fiscalini Ranch where you can explore the many trails overlooking the Pacific. I just recently purchased this home and listed it on VRBO so there are no reviews yet. If you look on AirBnB you will see that I have all five star reviews.
The home has been recently renovated. All new flooring! The living room and kitchen has all new wood floors. The view from the living room is spectacular. There is a 3rd floor loft with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The loft has brand new plush carpeting. There is a full bathroom on the loft level.
There are two bedrooms located downstairs separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a King size memory foam bed with a beautiful ocean view. The other bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have brand new plush carpeting.
The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans and utensils. There is a commercial grade gas oven, stove and dishwasher. There is a large refrigerator/freezer. There is a dining room table with four chairs. Two more chairs can be added to accommodate six people. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools. There is a deck located off of the dining room with a gas grill and a table. There is a garage that can accommodate one car. A garage door opener will be provided.
The complete interior of the home has just recently been painted. All of the furniture in the home is brand new! The home is tranquil and peaceful. The view of the ocean is amazing!
Guest access
The main level of this home includes a large living room with huge widows giving you a gorgeous view of the ocean. A gas fireplace and a 60" flat screen TV. The dining room is just off of the well equipped kitchen with dining room table that seats six. There is also a breakfast bar that seats two. The dining room leads out to a deck with a gas grill and a table that can seat up to four. The lower level of the home has two bedrooms. One king memory foam bed and one queen size bed. There is a full bathroom in between. There is also a washer and dryer on this level. The third uppermost level of the home is a spacious loft with a closet and another full size bathroom. There is also a desk on the loft level with a wireless printer. The home is also equipped with high speed wireless modem for internet use. Also a land telephone line is in the house. This home was recently renovated including all new flooring and interior paint and furnishings.
Interaction with guests
On a rare occasion I will be in my private quarters in the back of the house. If that is the case, I have a private entrance and I will not enter the rest of the house when guests are staying there. However, most of the time I will not be on the property.
