Once here, you'll never want to leave. It's a one-of-a-kind vacation experience. The home sits on a corner lot with a large yard just steps away from Montecito's Butterfly Beach. The modern coastal interior is paired with a tranquil outdoor space perfect for relaxing or hosting. The thoughtful floor plan is intended for guests to unwind, spend quality time together and feel like home.
From exterior to interior this house has a luxurious and calming feel. With 4 bedrooms and space to comfortably sleep 10 the Getaway House is perfect for a family retreat, a trip with friends or simply somewhere to decompress near the ocean. Curated artwork by Gray Malin is the centerpiece of every room, with the design complementing each unique space. The entryway is framed by a charming white fence enclosing the extensive yard. Stepping up the stone pathway you're greeted by comfortable lounge chairs, a fire pit, a sun terrace with chaise lounge chairs and a large water feature, outdoor dining and a bocce ball court – creating an oasis for intimate dinners, outdoor games & lounging.
The blue Dutch front door welcomes you to the home. The color of the front door is mirrored by the staircase leading up to the second floor. Off the entryway a purposefully designed mudroom hosts space to hang coats, kick off your shoes and store extra luggage. This room also features two built-in desks in case you need to pull double-duty and work between vacation activities. The kitchen is truly the heart of the home at this house. With a large, masterfully designed kitchen that accommodates casual mornings or large gatherings. Stocked entirely with William-Sonoma appliances, cookware and dish ware for a unique luxury touch to make you feel at home. Make your morning coffee or evening beverage with ease; embrace your inner chef.
Connected to the kitchen is the dining room, featuring a fireplace & table that can comfortably sit up to 10. This space is perfect for hosting, game nights or simply enjoying dinner with friends.Through the dining room is the great room, with ample seating, soaked in sunlight during the day. Come evening, this room is a comfortable place for conversations and unwinding in front of the fireplace. If a movie night is on the itinerary you can all relax in the Media Room and turn on a classic. A thoughtfully designed laundry room and powder room complete the ground floor. The downstairs primary bedroom is a lovely, well-appointed room with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a door out to a private patio with ample seating.

Upon reaching the upstairs you're greeted by the loft area, where you can enjoy a game of backgammon or chess on the custom game table. There is also a pull-out sofa bed for overflow guests. Open the doors to the balcony and let in the ocean breeze. The upstairs primary bedroom has been designed to feel like an Italian summer getaway. Boasting a four-poster, king bed, a large closet and soaring vaulted ceilings. The attached bathroom offers a luxurious shower and ample counter space.
The bunk room was designed as an ideal room for kids to play and relax. With two twin bunk beds and a queen sized bed below, there's plenty of space for everyone. Lastly, the upstairs guest room is adorned with a beautifully designed headboard, wicker pendant lights as well as soft Montecito light in the morning.
