Super close to the beach in Broadkill, this new rental unit has all of the amenities and space you need for an awesome vacation! This home is super clean, spacious, includes high-end finishes and an awesome bay view! The carport is perfect for storage of your beach gear. Attached is an outside shower which is great for getting all of that sand off after a day on the beach.
The main floor of the house features an open area of kitchen and living spaces. With plenty of room to enjoy meals, the kitchen features Quartz countertops, stainless appliances, gas cook tup and an an island with seating for four. The first floor includes a half bath as well as a primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, large tiled shower and a claw-foot bathtub.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
