There is a large tree shaded patio with table, chairs, swing and a grill for your enjoyment. There is a great work area with a large desk and shelves for easy workability.
This property is located in rural Bonita, an unincorporated area in South Central San Diego. It is in the Sweetwater River Valley and bordered by 3 freeways, Rt 805 & Rt5, Rt 54 and Rt 125. Just minutes to almost anywhere in San Diego including downtown and the maquiladora plants at the border.
The whole river valley is designated parkland and will not be built upon.
This property is conveniently located near Westfield Bonita Plaza Mall and AMC Theaters, Chula Vista Golf Course, Bonita Golf Course, Southwestern College, and the Sweetwater School Districts, elementary and High Schools. Two Hospitals are within 10 minutes with numerous other medical facilities.
