This villa is located right on the grassy bluff and only steps away from the beach however it is one of the more dated units in Hamilton Cove. The ocean view is absolutely spectacular any time of year. There is a small, private patio with a BBQ off the dining area. French doors open from master bedroom and living area onto larger tiled patio facing the grassy area. The living room is spacious and full of comfortable seating. There is a TV in each bedroom, one in the living room, and WiFi throughout the condo. Enjoy the bar seating at the kitchen counter, or drive into town with your complimentary golf cart for a meal at one of Avalon's premiere restaurants. A shared laundry room is located down the building's interior corridor on the same level. The villa may be accessed without using the 4 exterior steps, but instead by using the walkway at other end of building and taking elevator down to Villa 63 level. Sun all day!
