Summary: The hotel itself had no AC, it was extremely warm the entirety of our stay. The pool was closed. I specifically stayed here for the on site laundry service as I was there for a week but the front desk never had change so we had to walk to nearby facilities to try and get change. The elevator was broken when we first got there and we got stuck inside. The lady who answered our call in the elevator answered and heard us tell her we were stuck and then put us on hold, a few minutes went by and the elevator ended up getting us to where we needed to be but when my friend went to the desk to talk with the staff she told us it’s been having issues and she was about to call the fire department. The communication would have been nice while we were actually stuck in there, not after. She also got annoyed with us for telling her she should put a sign up so nobody else gets stuck in that elevator. Overall it was a very mediocre hotel stay. I wasn’t very impressed.

Summary: The room really needs a place to sit besides the bed. The AC was bone rattling loud, we did not get much sleep.

Summary: The stay was OK. Three nights family of three. Per their policy, rooms were to be cleaned and serviced every other day. Not once was our room serviced. After I calmely requested it to be. Need to hire more cleaning personal. To many temporary front desk people who didn't have the joy of being there either.

Summary: Definitely would stay here again, called about early check in and we were checked in by 11am. Which was amazing to check in early because we had a family engament that stared for our check in time. Room was great. Staff were kind and helpful.
