Summary: This is the second time I’ve stayed in room 308 and both times the fridge hasn’t worked. Then I went to get ice and the machine was not working/or was out of ice. I was not told this when I checked in. I then had to go down to the second floor and get ice. I can’t call the front desk because the phones here do not work. This is the only hotel I have EVER stayed in that does not have working phones. What if there is an emergency? There is supposed to be a text sent from the front desk after you check in as a way to communicate but I did not receive that so could not even use that method this stay.
