This charming Bungalow is within walking distance to the Sonoma Plaza (3 blocks), the house also comes with 4 bikes for your enjoyment to pedal to the nearby wineries or other site seeing around Sonoma. The front covered porch is an excellent spot to relax in the rocking chairs. The well landscaped rear patio has a gas BBQ, patio dining along with a very private Hot Tub. PLEASE NOTE: Due to Sonoma City Ordinance, the Hot Tub and rear patio is not available for use after 10 pm.
