Summary: The property is located in what was a perfect location for me and my colleagues as we had a conference at the convention center, just a 10 min walk away. The suites were all comfortable and we felt at home, overall a pretty nice experience. What was disappointing was the situation with the event space when we arrived. It was being renovated with some paint and light remodeling it appeared. We messaged the property manager and after a while decided to call the emergency number. They came and cleaned, reasonably quickly. Eventually the property manager messaged me back and stated “we had no idea the property owner was renovating”. I don’t understand how that is possible - and at the price we paid, I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect the property to be ready for our arrival. I was disappointed with the communication and the management of the property.
