Originally built in the 1920s by the Jolly brothers, the home has been completely restored in the Craftsman style. The beautifully landscaped yard has large cottonwood trees and directly overlooks the Truckee River. Walk just 3 minutes to downtown coffeehouses, restaurants, and shopping. This rental is located within a quick drive of popular ski resorts, and is perfect for day trips to nearby Lake Tahoe. LIVING AREA Unwind in the living area, where a heated floors, a comfortable couch, and two armchairs await. Watch movies on the 45” flat-screen TV. Kick back and enjoy the warm glow of the wood-burning fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare hearty vacation meals in the well-stocked kitchen, complete with a butcher block island, a Viking gas stove, and a large farmhouse sink with a view of the river.
