Summary: When we arrived, we were given the wrong rooms despite telling them it was wrong. Till we were about to go to our rooms, they stopped us and asked us to return our cards. Next, despite requested for non smoking room, the standard queen rooms were still smell like cigg smoke. For an asthmatic patient, it was rather unpleasant. Next, the room has sound of insects chirps off and on inside the room. Midnight I got awaken due to mosquito bite and itchiness on my leg. Front desk wasn’t as friendly and as welcoming as other hotels we have stayed.
