The Main house features a gourmet kitchen, formal living room and dining room seating 12 with a cozy fireplace separating the two rooms. There is a den area with a built in wet bar and cleverly hidden desk for all of your work from home business that you may need to attend to. The home itself is in the Hollywood Regency style and reflects a quiet, comfortable elegance and warmth. You will be located just steps away from some of the finest dining and shopping the Uptown Design District has to offer. If relaxation by the pool is what you're looking for, the views of the San Jacinto Mountains from every angle will not disappoint. Should the electricity ever fail, there is an also a completely self-contained alternate generator.
All three oversized bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a California king bed, sitting area, cozy fireplace and large walk in closet. The oversized master bathroom has a large elevated soaking tub, large walk in shower with multiple shower heads and a private commode room with a urinal.
Bedroom two features a California king bed, private ensuite bathroom with bathtub shower combination. The front loading washer and dryer are located in a separate closet in this bedroom.
Bedroom 3 is located in the east wing of the home features a queen size bed. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower.
The oversized guest house bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the pool deck area from the main house.

Guest house bedrooms 5 & 6 are connected with a kitchenette between them. Bedroom 5 features a California king bed. Bedroom 6 features a queen size bed. Both large ensuite bathrooms have a walk in shower.
The pool deck is located between the main house and the guest house bedrooms. In the pool there is a built in tanning shelf with statue and water feature. Relax in the spa that can seat up to 8 people or stay cozy by the gas fire pit on chilly winter nights. There are several areas for entertaining such as an upholstered sofa and dining table for 8 under the covered portico, built in Bbq station/kitchen with a refrigerator and sink. There are several other conversation seating areas by the home, around the gas fire pit and dining areas by the Bbq station. Between the main house and the tennis court is a two thirds acre of open space with several citrus trees for practicing your golf game or bring you favorite lawn games such as Bocce Ball or Pétanque. The tennis court is primarily set up for daytime use only, due to the city ordinance.
