Our place is 1/2 acre+ located on the Eel River in Rio Dell, Ca. . You’ll like our place because of the quiet neighborhood, beautiful yards, the gorgeous redwoods, gas fireplace, on-demand water heater, groovy artwork, and the short trail leading to the majestic Eel river from the back yard for salmon fishing, swimming, miles of walking, etc.... Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and pets. We do not have cable TV, but we do have very fast cable internet that includes Roku boxes on both TVs that include Netflix, news, sports, etc, you can also sign onto your cable account for premium channels or use our OTA antenna (only 4 channels).
The house is very comfortable with 2 available BR and the bedrooms have plenty of closet/drawer space for our guest. The 2 queen beds are very comfortable. There are 2 sleeper type couches that will sleep 2 people comfortably. The bathroom also has new tub/shower, toilet, counter, floors and lighting.. The entire house had the hardwood floors redone in 2013
