IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* No more than 10 guests plus a few children under 6 years old (for a total of 13 guests) max, at any time
* Noise must be respectful at all times, especially between the county's 10pm and 8am quiet period
* The county doesn't allow hot tub use between 10pm and 8am
* 4 cars max - No exception. No street parking per county ordinance - could result in towing and major fines
* Please put trash in on-site bear box
* Absolutely no fires of any sort are allowed on the property or in the Tahoe basin.
* Dogs are allowed, with prior permission and pet fee
* Surveillance: camera for monitoring the driveway and exterior of the home for safty and security purposes.
* NoiseAware sensor exists inside the home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible) and help us and guests avoid fines for violating the local noise ordenances. Alerts may be sent to guests if noise reaches a certain level during the local vacation rental quiet hours, as a reminder of the local rules.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect.
Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction. GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in home and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
