This wonderful new addition to our portfolio is conveniently close to the Russian River, wine tasting, and excellent dining. The cozy covered porch entry way leads into an open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, and updated kitchen. The outdoors are truly unique, with multiple levels, a forest view deck, loads of amenities, and creative touches everywhere.From the carport, a flight of stairs leads down to the front door, which opens into the main living space outfitted with tasteful furnishings. The space includes the full kitchen, living room seating area and dining area. Off the short hallway are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The upstairs deck with hot tub and outdoor dining is accessible from both bedrooms. Relax in the hot tub under the stars or BBQ on the gas grill. The lower patio, accessed via exterior stairs, is a wine country staple – with the circular outdoor couch situated around the gas firepit and the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine from one of the nearby wineries. Know Before You Book: Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at this cottage is 4 people not including kids under 3 years old. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles on the carport. There is no additional street or neighborhood parking for guests at the home. It is on a narrow, one lane road. Any vehicles parked on the road outside the home blocking access to through traffic and emergency vehicles are subject to towing, and any additional fines. Guests arriving with more than 2 vehicles will need to park extra vehicles in a public parking area, and shuttle guests up to the home. Public parking areas nearby are limited and use is not guaranteed. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.Bed Sizes: Bedroom 1: Queen, Bedroom 2: QueenHeat Source: Upstairs: Propane Wall Furnace.
