This cozy vacation chalet boasts a main floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and large private patio with fire pit, bbq, and dining under the stars. Let little ones play as you unwind, rejuvenate and let your worries fade away.
Walking into the open concept main floor you will be welcomed with a panoramic view of the trees and mountains of Arrowhead. Snuggle up with a cup of coffee while listening to an array of vinyls in this cozy, beautifully decorated living room that overlooks the large patio deck with its amazing views. Enjoy dining inside with seating for 7 plus a high chair for your little one or a romantic meal al fresco prepared in the outdoor bbq. The kitchen comes fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances, french press, and coffee maker with freshly stocked coffee, sugar, creamer and filters. Upon entering, you will find a full bathroom and one of the three bedrooms for guests who do not want to walk upstairs and want additional privacy from the other bedrooms. This room includes a queen bed, dedicated work space and an oversized closet; perfect for hide & seek.
Let the kids go wild in the lower level TV room where you have access to Netflix, Disney, and Peacock on the Smart TV. Get comfortable on the oversized couches where guests can also snooze. A perfect space for the kids to play so the adults can relax. You will also find a half bathroom, washer/dryer, and a covered deck to enjoy the outdoors.
On the upper floor there are two additional bedrooms; one being the primary where there is a king bed with an orthopedic mattress and a breathtaking view of the forest. Across the way, you will find another room with 2 twin beds and a crib. There is a full bathroom on this floor.
Each room comes with a wireless charger and huge closets. Additional amenities include fans and a humidifier.
Safety camera records the main entrance for your security. Universal EV charging outlet available in the driveway; MUST bring your own adapter.

Additional cars may not park on the street, so please do not bring more than 2 cars. All-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is recommended, especially in the winter. If there is snow or ice, you may be required by the county to have snow chains. Please check the weather forecast in advance of your trip.
