We take pride in a very clean and simple experience this is a 600 square foot suite on the 1st floor of our beach house, completely secure and separate from the main home we are often away working so there are no people to deal with, Sunset Island is made up of retired people walking their dogs and enjoying the Ocean or green belt, Old Town Seal Beach Very close. so is Huntington Beach and Newport Beach, if you want the fast-paced beach scene its very close, so is South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island and other shopping centers. Sunset beach has everything within walking distance. The beach is a 5-minute stroll. This is a very private quite location that you would need to know where it was to be found, great for getting away from it all and truly unwinding the reasonable pricing makes it a very rare find for a couple 2 guest maximum.
The Suite is private and secure. It has its own private entrance, a separate sleeping area sitting area and a bathroom on the first floor similar to a suite setting with a private patio enjoy coffee and a pastry while relaxing we are not home to bother you, just make a request and we will have it in the unit, no one will bother you during your stay at our property!
