In addition to two shared community pools, this beauty has its own private pool. Perfectly positioned on the ever-popular Indian Canyons Golf Course, off hole #1, and adjacent to the clubhouse, this desert gem offers stunning views of the majestic San Jacinto Mountain, San Bernardino Mountains, and the Historic Disney fountain. Relish in indoor-outdoor desert living at its best!
Featuring high 20ft ceilings, the contemporary Great Room offers ample double seating areas in an open space with indoor ambient lighting complete with Alexa command. Friends and family can relax in front of the 55" flat-screen TV or catch a sunset over the postcard-perfect mountains.
The mid-century bar, with a dedicated refrigerator, features a pass-through window to the patio for the ultimate in entertaining while you lounge by the pool by day, mingle by the firepit, or enjoy evening dining al fresco under the stars by night.
The Primary Suite includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Cozy up in one of the two oversized lounging chairs and enjoy an evening read or morning coffee. Glass wall sliding doors allow easy access to the pool for an early morning swim and blackout curtains let you snooze until you’re ready to rise. The en-suite main bathroom features a glass and tiled walk-in shower and abundant drawer and walk-in closet space.
One guest room features a king-size bed, which can be pulled apart to accommodate two full beds, a TV, and a ceiling fan, along with an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen Murphy bed, TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom. The powder room adjacent to the garage includes a washer and dryer for guest use.
Enjoy cooking your favorite delights in the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dual ovens and a coffee bar featuring both K-cup and Nespresso machines. Right outside the kitchen door is the full-sized BBQ for those relaxed Saturday night dinners.
The King’s Point private neighborhood also offers tenants access to 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, and 2 hot tubs.

This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay. You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
