Nestled in the desirable and quiet Muirlands neighborhood, the estate home on three quarters of an acre has ocean and city views reaching beyond the Coronado Islands.
First Floor description and amenities
-- The main level features the great room entry with gas fireplace and European art. The large pocketing doors opens out to the pool and large patio area for al fresco dining and entertaining. Outdoor amenities include pool and hot tub, gas bbq, grass yard with fruit trees, three seating areas, outdoor fireplace and stereo sound system.
The main floor contains a large family room with wet bar, billards table, baby grand concert piano and flat screen TV. The gourmet kitchen contains wood burning fireplace and dining room that seats up to ten. Three private bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms and large laundry room.
Second Floor description and amenities
-- the spiral staircase leads up to the wood inlaid library and office, containing a gas burning fireplace and seating area. Beyond the library is the master bedroom with a four post kingsize bed, gas burning fireplace and deluxe bathroom. Two large decks off the second floor provide amazing views.
