You will be located in a friendly neighborhood and just a 5 minute walk down the street to Windansea beach in la Jolla. Our address,La Jolla Rushville st. 92037. It is great for swimming , surfing and fishing or just enjoying the sunset.
The 3 bedroom currently has very comfortable beds, fans and 2 HD tvs with Direct TV .
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a BBQ and a choice of eating outside.
Our Street is very quiet. East is located the tennis court which is free and the next block the swimming pool on Fay Ave. Both belong to La Jolla High school. On Draper Ave, 5 blocks North is located La Jolla Library and Recreation Center. South- bike trail.
We do have fans, but no A/C because we live 3 blocks away from the beach and a white roof, so it stays cool.
The grocery store is located between Girard Ave and Pear St.
Shopping centers and restaurants - Prospect Street.
Because we are living in La Jolla you will have an opportunity to choose different beaches for different activities like tide pooling, easy waves , sun set, snorkeling, swimming and running ,all of those are in la Jolla.
