The large open living area has tons of seating and a cozy fireplace. Located close to major hiking trails and ski resorts. Includes access to Chamberlands pool, beach, and tennis courts in summer. Great mountain charm and is perfect for large families. Featuring a large open living room connected to an open kitchen and dinning area on the top floor with tons of seating, a flat screen TV with cable and a cozy fireplace. Our backyard features a large deck with views of the forest, which is perfect for summer BBQ's. Downstairs you will find all of the bedrooms including a large "kids" room with 6 twins and a huge TV. Our home is dog friendly!
LOCATION:
Our home is located on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe on a quiet street in the Chamberlands neighborhood. We are one block from the popular Paige Meadows Trailhead, which provides easy access for hiking and biking in the summer, and snowshoeing, cross country, and sledding in the winter. During the summer, you have access to Chamberlands private beach, pool and tennis courts. Ride bikes to the beach or take the shuttle bus that conveniently runs all day. Access to Emerald Bay is just a short drive away. For winter guests,our home is located 5 minutes from Homewood Ski Resort and a short drive from Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley Ski Resorts. Olympic quality cross country trails are just a short drive away at Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park.

*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
