Noise cut offs are as follows
11:00pm Friday- Saturday
9:00pm Sunday- Thursday
Anyone past 8 persons spending the night will be charged accordingly.
Toiletries, soap, shampoo, towels, or any supplies are for 8 guests only. You must supply those items if you will be having other guests.
We ask that all items brought to home to be removed. Any trash left or stains will have an extra charge.
At this moment charging of electric vehicles is not available or permitted on property.
Electric equipment such as heaters or any accessories that draw more than 5 amps is prohibited from using on property.
Do not rearrange furniture.
Please include the correct amount of people that will be staying to have the correct amount of necessities.
After dark swimming is not recommended. Pool does not have a light.
Back patio porch light is only light. Existing hanging light bulbs are for decoration purposes.
Popcorn machine is for decoration purposes. Do not use.
Cleaning towels are available to wipe down any spills to avoid ants, or other insects.
Candy or crumbs do attract ants and other insects. please keep food in kitchen and eating areas.
