Parking: You can park in the driveway and in the garage. Do not park in front of any of the neighbor's homes, they do not like this and it is against the short term rental laws. They will report you. Leave the left side of the driveway for the guests staying above the garage.

Garbage: The garbage and recycling are on the side of the home. Please put them out if you are staying Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Please bring them back into the side yard Monday afternoon.

Stays over 30 Days
We require our housekeeper to clean every 30 days for stays longer than 30 days. Additional cleaning fee of $250 to be billed to the guest.

We have Ring Video Doorbell cameras installed at the front door and in front of the garage. This is for the safety of our guests and to prevent parties and theft. There are no cameras inside the home or in the back yard.
