Positive: The bed was comfortable.

Negative: The 1st problem was I booked, including breakfast. Upon arrival, there was a sign saying no food. We called the front desk and was told they were remodeling and didn't have a kitchen. The 1st room we were assigned was nasty. I stepped on the carpet, and it was sticky and wet. 2nd room was better, but the tub had a few chips inside and dirt around caulking. Walls in room paper thin. We could hear the TV next door and the people above us walking around. I've stayed at other Larkspur Landing locations and have always had a cleaner experience. This location was more like a motel experience.
