Serene and quiet neighborhood located on Cobb Mountain in Lake County. Perfect for an unplugged getaway! (But there's still service and Wifi). Immersed in nature with a view of the valley and trees all around. Snow is likely to occur during the winter if you're looking for a winter wonderland! Located 30 minutes away from the South end of Clear Lake. Located 20 minutes away from the Wine Regions of Kelsey Bench AVA, Guenoc Valley and Red Hills AVA. All boast a generous amount of tasting rooms and vineyards for wine connoisseurs or those looking for a much more affordable Napa Valley alternative. Located 10 minutes away from downtown Middletown with stores and restaurants nearby. Located 5 minutes away from Meadow Springs Shopping Plaza which is Cobb Mountain's version of a mini shopping plaza. In this shopping center you will the basics of a grocery store "Hardester's Market", for breakfast there is "Mountain High Coffee & Books", for dinner there is "Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta". Downtown Middletown has more to offer but still a small quaint town. The house is stocked with the basics. Kitchen has regular sized fridge, full stove and oven, microwave, electric hot water kettle, waffle maker, toaster oven, utensils, and basic cooking utensils. Living room has TV, basic heating unit that uses propane to heat the whole house, ceiling fan for cooling, couches, some games (puzzle and deck of cards), also a record player with some records but feel free to bring your own records too! Bedroom has a queen bed with basic sheets and comforter with extra blankets stored in the closet, washer and dryer is located in the bedroom with some basic laundry soaps, ceiling fan for cooling, and curtains to keep the light out. Bathroom has a standing shower, toilet with attachment bidet, basic supply of towels provided. Throughout the property there is uneven terrain, and rain and snow may worsen conditions, so we ask that you please be cautious and watch your step!
