All stainless steel kitchen appliances, LED recessed lighting, stove, range, built in microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, freezer with ice maker and filtered water. The kitchen is fully furnished with a complete sets of cookware, flatware, dishes, glassware, bakeware, toaster, coffee maker, French press and more.
The open plan floor plan is light and bright, with the full gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar open to a cozy Living Room furnished with a desk, desk chair and a laptop table, a comfortable sectional sofa that opens to a queen bed, flat screen high definition 50" LED 4K Smart TV and secure high speed wi-fi. From the Living Room a sliding glass door leads to a super cute private patio furnished with a gas BBQ, bistro table with chairs and umbrella for you to enjoy cook outs and our sunny Southern California weather.
The Bedroom Suite includes black out curtains and a super comfortable new queen size bed, lots of drawer space with two nightstands, a dresser, and a wall mounted smart flat screen television and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The bed is furnished with high thread count linens in a peaceful and relaxing color scheme of grey white and blue, inspired by the beach. An en suite bathroom with dual sink vanity and brand new shaker white cabinets with quartz counter tops offers a large dressing, area, a large walk in closet and lots of privacy in the water closet/separate shower room. Extra linens are provided for you in the linen closet. The Bedroom Suite has a sliding glass door that leads to a private patio furnished with a bistro table and chairs, a bench and an area rug, a perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee, sitting in the warm California sun or as a meditation space. A yoga mat is even provided! An air purifier with hepa filter is also in the property.
All utilities are provided water, trash, electricity, gas, panoramic high speed wi-fi. All you need to bring here is your suitcase, we provide everything you need. This is truly your home away from home.
The condo is all one level, on the ground floor and has central air conditioning and heating, a new indoor washer dryer, and a detached single car detached garage with remote control. Parking is provided for a maximum of one vehicle in a detached single car garage. If you have more than one vehicle or overnight guests a permit is required to park in the open area but due to HOA limitations a parking safelist is only available a few days our of each month and must be requested in advance.
