Rancho Peltierosa is in highly sought after North San Diego County! We are 1.5 miles to Downtown Vista Village where you are for sure to have a great time! As well as only MINUTES from the beautiful sandy beaches that San Diego is know for! We are close to LEGOLAND, about 30 minutes to the World Famous San Diego Zoo and Sea World, and about 1 hour and 15 minutes to Disneyland and California Adventure. We are located one mile from the highway 78 so it is convenient to go and explore all that San Diego has to offer! If you choose not to have a car while in town that's okay too! We are 1 mile to the Sprinter/Coaster Station that will take you where you need to go! We have the Wave Water Park and Vista Entertainment Center (Bowling) about 1 mile away. In addition a new sports park and SO much more. Rancho Peltierosa offers 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We HAVE A/C which is much needed in the summertime. The Master Suite has a California King Bed. The second bedroom also offers a California King Bed. The third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, and the fourth room has two (2) twin beds AND two (2) toddler beds (crib mattresses) The family room sofa sectional has a large ottoman which can be pushed against the sofa to make a double bed. The property can hold 10-12 including the two toddler beds. We also have a pack and play for any infant sleepers. The home is fully furnished and decorated to allow you to enjoy the comforts of home. There is a large backyard with a gas fire-pit, wrap around bench seating, BBQ, horseshoe pits, pool table, walking trail which little kids can ride bicycles on, a large play structure, and a large covered patio. There are games inside the house for your pleasure and free WI-FI. You will love to call Rancho Peltierosa your home away from home!
