3. No Smoking Clause: "This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees $500 and potential eviction."
4. Airbnb Fee Clause: "Please note that additional fees may apply for specific services or amenities, such as early check-in or late check-out. These fees will be communicated and agreed upon in advance, and failure to adhere to the agreed-upon terms may result in additional charges."
5. Early Check-In Clause: "Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in requests must be pre-approved by the host and are subject to availability.
