Accessibility Note
• This is a three-story home with a rooftop deck, accessed by a ladder from Bedroom 1 (through a hatch).
• Two small flights of stairs connect the main levels. For families, we’ve installed baby gates at both the top and bottom of stairs— please use them to help keep little ones safe (and reach out if you have questions).
• The rooftop ladder and Bedroom 1’s ocean-view window are not suitable for small children — adult supervision is required.
• Family-friendly extras include a portable crib, bassinet, and two inflatable mattresses for added flexibility.
Pet Policy
• Dogs under 35 lbs welcome with a small fee (photo required).
• No barking, no pets on furniture, and no unattended pets.
• Please keep pets quiet to respect the neighbors.
