The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom cabin invites a traditional cabin feel with modern finishes, boasting an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated work space, vaulted ceilings, and living room with 50” Smart TV.
Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom is located upstairs just past the loft, and features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and 42” Smart TV.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, 50” Smart TV, cozy fireplace, private wrap-around deck with lounge furniture, incredible mountain views, fire pit area with seating, picnic table, laundry room, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.
Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
Other things to note
There are 3 security cameras outside facing towards the street, but only the one installed at the front door is active. The other 2 are old and no longer works.

Directions from Bakersfield:
- 99N to 65N about 34 miles.
- Turn RIGHT on Ave 56 (Ducor). Head east on Ave 56 for about 20 miles. The road will curve to the right at Fountain Springs so once you pass the Bar immediately STAY LEFT onto Hot Springs Dr. towards California Hot Springs.
- Go about 7 miles to the “T”. STAY TO THE RIGHT around the curve onto Pine Flat Dr. towards Pine Flat.
- You will go past the church and Seven Oaks Market. Keep going about 2 miles.
- *VERY IMPORTANT* Watch for the blue Fire Station sign and TURN LEFT on Manter Meadow Rd.
- Not too far past the fire station TURN RIGHT on Rocking K Drive and LEFT at the first dirt driveway (you'll see the black address sign 45306) this takes you up to our cabin on the left.
