A dramatic staircase leads to the master suite with views to downtown. Each bedroom features a foam topper mattress and a total of 4 King and 4 Queen plus one sofa double bed. We do charge a per person per day fee for each guest over ten and this must be approved by the host. We vet each group carefully so that there are no events or any possibility of disturbances in our very quiet canyon in respect to our neighbors as we employ video monitors around the outside of property: 1) One that faces to the street that will capture any front yard noise or disturbances, and 2) One in the backyard that faces sideways, not pointed towards the inside of the home.
