THE SPACE: Discover our freshly renovated mid-century sunshine home with colorful fun design. This space features a modern kitchen, upgraded bath, and an open living area that connects seamlessly to a beautiful backyard through a sliding glass door. Plus, enjoy outdoor dining in our charming atrium area. You will love the natural light inside and out. Living room includes a TV for streaming and a cozy disco tiled fireplace. The stunning kitchen is stocked with all the basics you need to create meals for your family and friends. We provide coffee. Just off the kitchen is a washer & dryer for your use with laundry supply provided.

HOT TUB:
• Our 6-8 person hot tub has a cover for safety and is cleaned and maintained weekly. Hot tub hours are from 8 am -9 pm.
• We have a pool maintenance guy who comes every Monday between noon-2 pm.
HOME TRUTHS:
• This mid-century California home doesn't have traditional light switches for the rooms, but there are lamps in every bedroom.
• We have two large walls of windows, please be careful with children to protect the windows from things thrown at them or falling on windows.
•Sunshine Oasis is across the street from power lines which is common in many coastal towns.
ATRIUM DINING/GAME ROOM:
• Pac-Man arcade, foosball, corn hole, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, bowling game, Chess, record player, and a lounging area.
• Outdoor dining table for 10 people to sit under our giant pink disco ball.
•Plenty of games to choose from.
BACKYARD:
• Enjoy our private backyard surrounded shubbery. We have a putting green, bocce ball, fire pit, lounge chairs, drink cooler, umbrellas, hot tub and playhouse. The landscape crew comes on Mondays from 1–3 pm.
BEACH SUPPLIES:
•Use our boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys for your beach adventures.
•We have the best recommendations on the beaches and food spots.
HEATING AND AC:
• Each room has a ductless ac/heating unit for your comfort.
PARKING DETAILS:
• Please park in the driveway, we have spots for 1 on the driveway and one spot in the garage. Please do not block our neighbors driveway.
•You can park on the street but if you do, street-sweeping happens every Wednesday.
SMOKING:
• Sunshine Oasis is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability damage costs.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Sunshine Oasis is located in a quiet area with a mix of families, and seniors just 5 miles from the beach. You’ll see our awesome neighbors out walking every day. Please be considerate to everyone and mind the quiet hours. Experience the true SoCal vibe at our property.
QUIET HOURS: Please make sure to note that quiet hours begin at 9pm. This is not a party house. If you are in the backyard using the hot tub, or fire pit, please be sure to be mindful of noise. No music after 9pm. Events or parties are not allowed. Any parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced—no speakers or sound systems on our property. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines reaching up to $10,000 per violation. We've equipped this home with a Minut sensor to ensure you have a wonderful stay. It monitors noise, occupancy, and temperature. Minute is camera free and 100% privacy-safe.
