There are two private backyards with outdoor seating and two separate fire pits. This completely brand new unit can sleep plenty and has wifi and a smart TV. It's the perfect getaway to enjoy the outdoors in class and style with panoramic views of the beautiful mountain hills in San Diego. This space occupies the entire first floor of a two-story home, with guests occupying the upstairs space, however it is completely private with separate entrances and no shared spaces.
There is plenty to explore here! With breathtaking in every direction, walking trails and numerous granite boulders, this beautiful land is the perfect opportunity to take a deep breath and unwind with your family.
Optional with your stay is access to all the fun amenities next door at Shepherd's Ranch! The amenities include: swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, and a massive baseball/football/soccer field. Perfect for families and kids! There is also free Wi-Fi at the campground for your leisure. The facility is open from 8 am - 8 pm.

Please note that although there may be guests staying on the top floor during your stay, there are no shared spaces. This space comes with its own private entrance and backyard space. As the host, I am adamant about 10 PM quiet time and no parties/large gatherings for your comfort and peace of mind.
Guest access
Once you drive to the entrance gate, continue up the paved mountain road that will lead you to the home on the hilltop. Vehicle can be parked on the paved side of the home as shown in the photos. The key will be in the lock box and you will be given directions on day of check-in.
Other things to note:
We have security cameras at each entry way into the suites for damage/theft protection and also to verify number of people matches booking. There are also cameras at each backyard and front yard.
No pets allowed. No large events. No noise after 10 pm. No drugs on property or there will a large fine and no refund. If any of these rules are not respected, guests are liable to $1,500 fee.
