Positive: the property was amazing. the view during the day was amazing with the landscape and surrounding hills and orchards/vineyards. at night there are lights all around the property accentuating the features of the landscape

Negative: you are close to a couple venues so if they’re having live entertainment you can hear that into the evening. wasn’t bad by any means but of note for someone looking for quiet time
