Summary: This is a modern 3br/2.5ba single family detached home in the downtown section of Manhattan Beach, about six blocks to the Strand. The house is configured with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a living room on the lowest level, the kitchen, dining, half bath, and main living on the main level, and the primary bedroom and bathroom on the upper level. All levels get very good natural light. There is a lot of outdoor space as well, across multiple balconies and a green area with thoughtful landscaping, a grill, picnic table, and kids playhouse. The finishes and fixtures are all high end and functional. There are wonderful ocean breezes but no water views at all. The street is quiet with pleasant neighbors, and street parking is usually available along with the two-car driveway. The location of the house is very convenient to Live Oak Park as well as downtown and its amenities. We would absolutely stay here again; the host was a pleasure to interact with. Excellent experience all around.
