Summary: The room was fine except the service is in need of real improvement. When I checked in, it seemed like I was bothering the check-in the staff. No welcome no smile no forthcoming word formation. Just handed my card and that’s it. When my stay was over, I had realized I had lost my EarPods in the room and I had called for help at the hotel and they responded like I was bothering them again. No help no nothing. Staff even seemed irritated that I called. So now I’ve lost my AirPods. This reallly can’t be that difficult to be nice and helpful.
