Chalet Palms, with its iconic A-Frame structures, is a well-preserved mid-century gem. The grounds are landscaped with local desert and lush tropical plants creating the perfect desert oasis around the pool and courtyard. We have taken care to design the interior to match the retro vibe of the property. Inside you will find a fun and comfortable mix of eclectic yet intentional decor and furnishings. The condo features a main bedroom with direct access to the front patio, and a second bedroom off the living room. Each bedroom has a private water closet with a Jack and Jill style shower room in between.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, two private patios, shared courtyard with seasonally heated pool and spa, and on-site, card-operated laundry facility conveniently located directly behind the unit. The condo has a designated covered parking spot as well as shared parking lot.
