doors that access a large balcony/porch, and a comfortable seating cluster with a full-size sleeper. The dining area at the top of the stairs seats 8 comfortably.
A rear-facing balcony, off the thoroughly modern and equipped kitchen with a large 4’ x 9’ island and a dining nook for 4, makes dining in or out effortless, as well as making it easy to create meals and snacks to satisfy your culinary desires. A large extra, or library room, on the 2nd floor features a full size sleeper and back yard views.
The light, bright spacious 1st level king master bedroom has a large flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.
Also, on the 1st level are 2 additional bedrooms with excellent closet space. The 1st queen bedroom has a flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and a flat screen TV. There is a hallway shower, also with a walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds - 12 with the 2 full
sleeper sofas.

-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Seabreeze.
Parking notes: This home allows parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, as well as 2 spaces in the garage. Please note: this is a very short garage. Vehicles cannot be taller than 6'0' in order to clear the ceiling.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
