Built in 1949 this modern home on the Belvedere Lagoon is a nature lovers paradise. Decks, docks and water, with a sunset view of Mt. Tam., this place is perfect for people looking for a healing getaway but still want access to San Francisco.
The Tiburon Ferry to the city is a 7 minute walk from the house. A Woodlands Market is a 5 minute walk around the corner as is the Post Office, Fed Ex and a CVS drug store.

The library, with cathedral ceiling and fireplace is a great place to relax at night. The living room and dining area have water views. One feels outside while living inside.
Solar panels run the heat and hot water and there is clean radiant heat through each room.
