Inside, you'll find two living rooms, both adorned with stylish sofas and large smart TVs, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy their favorite shows or movies. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with two sinks, dual ovens, and ample counter space. The breakfast bar seating makes it ideal for casual dining, and it seamlessly flows into the main living room, creating a welcoming and open atmosphere. As an added bonus, the main living room, dining room, and primary bedroom all open up to the back patio, offering natural light and a delightful view of the pool.
Adjacent to the dining room, you'll find a second living room complete with a cozy fireplace, providing a serene and intimate setting. The guest rooms are equally as inviting, with one featuring a king bed and TV, while the other offers two twin beds and a TV as well. The primary bedroom suite is a true sanctuary, boasting a king-sized bed, a large floor-length mirror, a hidden TV for your entertainment, an office desk and chair, and a luxurious bathroom that will make you feel pampered throughout your stay.
Parking is available in the driveway, ensuring convenience during your time at Seascape. Please note that garage access is not available.

Additional Things to Note:
- Electrical Allowance: There is a $1,100 utility allowance for gas and electricity. Utility usage that exceeds this amount will be deducted from the deposit.
- A Refundable Security Deposit of $5,000 is required for your protection.
- Mid-stay house cleaning is mandatory for rental terms greater than four weeks (additional fee).
