Modern newly updated duplex - quiet location yet minutes to everything. Spacious rooms for you to relax in after spending the day out and about at the many close attractions. We have 2 large bedrooms, one boosts a King Bedroom and the other Bedroom offers a Queen bed and twin bed, both have black out curtains and alarm clocks. Eat in Kitchen and large Living Room with room for an air mattress if more guest space is needed. Wifi and Smart TV's along with some books and games for your rainy day or just relaxing indoor days. Our duplex backs up to the Dodge Riverside Golf Course and Harrahs Casino home of the Stir Concert Cove. Minutes to the Pedestrian Bridge, Old Market, CHI Event Center home of the Creighton Bluejays and Omaha Supernova's. Many amenities close by with scooters and bike rental to get around and enjoy the river's edge activities and events, not to mention Charles Schwab field home of the College World Series!! No parties. Your pet is welcome but must be kept on a leash while outdoors and if left unattended indoors will need to be kenneled. There is a private back patio for your enjoyment and to watch the golfers or listen to concerts. We also have a covered carport and off street parking.
