Downstairs: Kitchen, Dining Room Table, Small Sitting area in front of the gas fireplace and TV. This level also features the queen bedroom, a hall bathroom with jetted tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities, laundry room, garage to store equipment (too small to park a car), and the extra family room with pool table, large couch sitting area with a TV, and a loft area for additional sleeping space.
Upstairs: This floor features 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a hallway bathroom with walk-in shower, and a loft area to help spread out group/family.
In the summer, the rental home is within walking distance of the conveniences in Carnelian Bay including a CB's Bistro, Watermans Landing, Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant.
