As you step into this modern urban retreat, you'll be greeted by floor to ceiling windows & soaring ceilings. The living room features a plush sleeper sofa & SMART TV. The open floor plan is seamless as you can see the dining area for 4, and the fully stocked kitchen features high end matte black appliances. Just off the kitchen is the back deck. Rounding out this space is a half bath.
TOP LEVEL
From the main living area, go up the stairs to the primary bedroom area complete with a Queen bed, ensuite full bath (shower), walk in closet with washer/dryer, SMART TV, desk area & Juliet balcony. *Note this is a loft area without a door and overlooks the living room.
BOTTOM LEVEL
From the main living area, go down the stairs to the quietest bedroom in the house which features a queen bed, and a small patio area with seating. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Just off the hallway is the attached 1 car garage.

THE PROJECT

We are also just 2 blocks from the San Diego Bay & Harbor, Maritime Museum, WWII USS Midway Museum, and Seaport Village! Just 1 block away, there is a Trolley that goes throughout San Diego including the baseball park, downtown, the border, and also to the shops in Fashion Valley.
For activities, the neighborhood hosts a variety of festivals, including ArtWalk, Festa, & the weekly Little Italy Farmer's Market (every Saturday). Head a few blocks south to the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego's bustling downtown neighborhood with locally-owned eateries and lively nightlife venues.
A food-lovers paradise! Easy walk to some of the best dining in all of San Diego! Waterfront Bar & Grill and the Brigantine is a great casual place for all ages. • GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. The 30 year minimum doesn't apply to children staying with their parent(s)/guardian(s)
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
