Lovely two bedroom two bath upgraded condo at Ritz Point. Enjoy the Beach access through the Monarch Beach Resort, a 20 minute walk through the middle of the attached golf course to the beautiful Strand, Salt Creek and Monarch Beaches. We have beach chairs, an umbrella with sand stake, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, ice chest and a wagon to help make the walk to the beach easier.
Our home is located on the garden level (one stair level below the parking lot, not handicap assessable) with easy access to the outside green area from three rooms through sliding glass doors. There is a small patio with outside dining table & BBQ as well as an inside dining area. This is a safe enclosed neighborhood, located in a security gated community conveniently close to Laguna Beach, Dana Point harbor, stores and restaurants. We have two bedrooms both with queen beds and a sleeper couch in the living room. Sleeps 6, maximum occupancy 6 .
Our home is best suited for couples and families, we consider our guests extended family and do our best to provide a welcoming vacation experience.
